Direct Support Professionals

Residential & Day Service Positions Available

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide training and support for individuals with disabilities in their homes and/or various community locations.
  • Enhance the individual’s competencies and help them achieve individual goals and build relationships within the community.
  • Work with the individual, their family, and other team members in identifying the person’s desired outcomes.
  • Serve as a positive role model and support the individual in regards to socially enhancing behavior, personal hygiene, language, and personal grooming, etc., while utilizing teachable moments.
  • Provide necessary supervision and support to each individual in various environments within their community to increase valued social roles.
  • Provide transportation and support as needed for the individual to improve their community access skills. Must Have Valid Drivers License.
  • Develop support programs and maintain accurate data collection, records, and report as required to maintain accountability and meet regulatory requirements.

What You Will Receive

  • Starting Pay - $15.50 per hour
  • $0.50 Pay Increase after 90 day probationary period
